I do alot of used car inspections.  For the most part I can drive the car, look at the fluids.  My biggest problem with used cars is if they have been in an accident.  If I find evidence of a major collision i usually tell them to buy something else.  Just remember buying a used car you have no idea what has been done to the car.  especially maintenance wise.  Plan on doing everything.  you should be ok.</description>

Without a doubt, I could tell you how the car had been taken care of, what you need in order to be safe and also what you can expect in the future.  But, NO mechanic has a crystal ball.  No one can predict Component failure, but engine and transmission issues can be detected and brought to your attention BEFORE you blow X amount of dollars on junk :)</description>

alot of times yes. but there is still some things that are fine when you buy and go bad after ( it happens) but yes its 70 dollars well spent.</description>
