When you sign off on your trade in title you are saying that the miles that are on the vehicle are true. The dealer can change your contract by re-doing the deal.

The dealer might be pressuring you now but it is there fault because they should have you fill out a appraisal form asking you weather or not the Odo. has been tampered with amongst other important info!
